Zero-Clearance Router Table Disk Inserts – For Craftsman & Ridgid Cast Iron Wing
These 3D-printable router table disk inserts are designed to fit Craftsman and Ridgid table saws equipped with the factory cast iron router table wing. Each insert has a 2.5-inch outer diameter with a 2.0-inch inner ring lip diameter for a secure fit.
While they were designed for Craftsman and Ridgid models, they may also fit other router table wings and standalone router tables. If you confirm compatibility with another brand or model, please leave a comment so we can update the listing and help fellow makers.
Key Features
- Zero-Clearance Design
- Each disk must be fine-tuned by slowly raising your router bit through the center opening. We recommend securing the disk with tape and using proper PPE (safety glasses, gloves, etc.) during this process. All center holes are precision-modeled to three decimal places and may require slight clearance depending on the bit manufacturer.
- Support-Free Printing
- These are optimized for clean FDM printing without supports.
