At The Makers Workbench, we take pride in providing high-quality products, whether they’re digital downloads, handmade items, or maker tools. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
🖥️ Digital Products (Downloads, Plans, Files)
All digital products — including STL files, DXF files, project plans, and other downloadable content — are final sale and non-refundable.
If a file is inaccessible or broken, we’ll gladly replace or resend it upon notification.
Please ensure compatibility with your software or hardware before purchasing.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or modification of digital products is prohibited.
📦 Physical Products
Physical items sold through The Makers Workbench — such as tools, merch, or project kits — are subject to the following policies:
✔ 5-Day Return Policy (from date of delivery)
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the item’s arrival.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returned items must be:
In unused, resellable condition
In original packaging (if applicable)
To initiate a return, please email us at orders@themakersworkbench.com with your order number and reason for return.
🚚 Shipping & Fulfillment
We do our best to ship in-stock items promptly. However, as a small creator-operated shop, occasional delays may occur.
All orders are shipped within 4 weeks of order date unless otherwise stated.
If we anticipate a delay beyond 30 days, we’ll notify you. You may request a full refund at that point.
Orders delayed due to carriers, weather events, or acts of God are not eligible for cancellation until 30+ days have passed.

Availability and pricing of items may change at any time.
Some specialty items are produced in limited batches or made-to-order.
If your item is out of stock or discontinued, you’ll be notified promptly with alternative options or a refund.
