The RP2040 board. GP0 to GP28 are the GPIO pins (GP23 to GP25 are used internally, and GP26 to GP28 can read analog). Pin 40 is VBUS (5 V from USB) and pin 39 is VSYS. The board runs at 3.3 V logic, so it is not 5 V tolerant.
